Management Team
The Directors of the company have 30+ years experience spanning across health & social care, strategic management and real estate development. They provide supervision to the registered manager in HR/Recruitment roles, planning & coordination of training plans and health & safety plans.
The overall responsibility of the day-to-day management of the care home lies with the Registered Care Manager who is also responsible for staff supervision, quality assurance and co-ordination of support. The Manager will also undertake initial assessments as well as activity plans, care plans and PCP monitoring. The Registered Manager will be the main point of contact for liaison with Local Authority bodies and external agencies and reports to the Managing Director.
The Directors are also the senior management team, headed by the Managing Director. This ensures reactive services, which are not subject to bureaucracy or red tape. The service is responsive to service users and their needs.
